"Il Topazio" is a beautiful studio apartment that has been wonderfully renovated and furnished in a sophisticated modern style. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people on a state-of-the-art sofa bed with a 22 cm high mattress. A spacious balcony offers a bright and peaceful atmosphere.
To reach "Il Topazio", after easily parking near the residence, take the elevator to the first floor. You will immediately find yourself in the spacious and comfortable living room with parquet flooring and a terrace. Finally, discover the modern amenities, including a brand new fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower.
Here you can immediately start enjoying your stay. During the warm season, you can choose to have lunch on the terrace or directly in the bright kitchen, where you will always find a basic supply of essential ingredients for cooking upon your arrival: oil, salt, various spices, a coffee machine with capsules, and a kettle for hot water. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and a 50-inch LED TV to complete the furnishings.
